Ingredients

2 tsps olive oil, divided

1 pint multicolored grape tomatoes

1 tsp chopped fresh oregano

1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation

Heat 1 tsp oil in a medium skillet over med high heat. Add tomatoes cook 3 to 4 mins or until tomatoes begin to blister. Remove from heat, stir in remaining oil and ingredients, tossing gently to combine and let stand 5 minutes.
