Ingredients
Two 3- 4 lb chicken cut up.
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chicken coup baase
1 tsp paprika
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Flour chicken with above mixture.
Dip in an egg was of 1 egg beaten 2-3 TBSP milk/cream
Douse again in flour mixture. Can repeat if you desire. Let dry somewhat on a rack to allow dripping of excess.
Using a large fry and and cooking in batches heat 1/2 C of oil and 1/4 C butter and cook 1/3 to 1/2 pieces at a time 5 - 6 minutes on each side until brown and cooked through.
May continue to cook in a preheated oven until all pieces are done.
Enjoy.
Serve with creamy potato salad and nice tossed salad.
