Ingredients

1 Pamper’d Pumpkin Pie

1/2 cup pumpkin

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 pinch of salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. allspice

3 eggs

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup water

Preparation

Clean your Pamper’d Pie Pumpkin (remove the stem and seeds). Cut pumpkin in to squares. Put into a large baking dishand cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 30 minuted or until tender. Scoop out flesh from skin and puree until smooth. If there is excess liquid, let stand for 30 min and drain with a cheese cloth. Blend sugars, pumpkin and spices until smooth. Add three eggs, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water. Blend just until mixed. (Note: Eggs and milk must go in after the pumpkin. Don’t over mix the eggs and milk) Pour filling into pie crust 2/3 full. Transfer to oven and bake at 375° for one hour (or until set and crust is cooked)
