Ingredients
1 can hearts of palm
1 jar roasted red peppers
1 jar green olive stuffed w/garlic
capers
1/2 jar sundried tomatoes
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
basil leaves, chopped
Preparation
drain all cans and jars. throw it all together. add your favorite dressing! my suggestions; a greek dressing or a basalmic and olive oil dressing.
