Ingredients

1 c Almond butter (250gm Jar)

2 eggs

1/4 c Cacao powder

1/4 c Dark Chocolate 70% bar chopped into tiny chunks

2 t Vanilla extract

1/4 c Natvia (baking stevia)

2T Coconut oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 175c or 350f

Mix all ingredients extremely well, with fork then hand mixer.

On a parchment lined (or silicone lined) baking sheet, portion out the cookie dough batter by the tablespoon. Use your clean hand to flatten the ball into the desired cookie thickness.
