1 lb Chicken Breast

1/2 medium Onion, Raw

1 medium raw Green-bell Pepper

3 cloves Garlic Clove

1/8 cup Lemon Juice

1/8 cup Lime Juice

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Oregano, Ground

1 tsp Corriander Spice

1 tsp Spices, Chili Powder

Preparation

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. If you have time, let them marinate in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
  3. Heat a pan with oil and saute until the chicken is cooked through and the onions and peppers have softened.
  4. Pile onto a lettuce leaf and top with guacamole and store-bought salsa.
