Ingredients

2.5 cup mashed banana

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

12-15 min. May be fragile when trying to transfer to cooling rack.

Preparation

Combine banana, oil, eggs and vanilla and mix until frothy. Using a separate bowl, combine the flour, coconut, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Combine with wet ingredients and mix in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. May be fragile when trying to transfer to cooling rack.
