Ingredients
1 pound fresh spinach
4 oz paneer cheese
1/2 onion, finely diced
1 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp garahm masala
1/8 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Heat olive oil in saute pan and add onions, garlic and ginger. Saute until soft and translucent. Add giner, masala, chili, cumin and salt. Cook for 30 seconds. Next add fresh spinach to saute pan, stirring occassionally to wilt the leaves. Finish off with the cheese, heat through for 1 minute and serve.
