Pastis Bar Recipe
Ingredients 1 bottle (750 ml) pastis 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling lemonade 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced 2 cups mint sprigs 2 lemons, thinly sliced 1 cup fresh currants with stems Preparation Chill pastis and lemonade in an ice-filled bucket. Arrange cucumber, mint, lemon, and currants in bowls. Set out glasses and ice; let guests make their own cocktails.
