Ingredients 2 tablespoons paprika 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 6 russet potatoes, well scrubbed 6 tablespoons malt vinegar Preparation Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
