No Knead Bread Recipe
Ingredients 3 cups all-purpose or bread flour 1/4 t instant (rapid rise) yeast 1 T salt cornmeal, as needed Preparation In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast and salt. Add 1 and 5/8 cups tepid water, and any other ingredients, and stir until blended; dough will be shaggy and sticky. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let dough rise 18 hours, at about 70 degrees F.
