Ingredients 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature 12 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced 8 ounces guava paste 12 sandwich rolls, sliced in half lengthwise Preparation Heat oven to 200 degrees.
