Ingredients
1 lb rice noodles
1/2 lb chicken
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 lb bean sprouts and/or green onions
3 eggs
1/4 c garlic
6 oz firm tofu or shrimp
1 c water
1/2 c oyster sauce
1/4 c fish sauce
2 T palm sugar
1 T soy sauce
1 T black soy sauce
Chopped peanuts, lime wedges
Preparation
Smash garlic and fry with tofu and chicken in oil. When it is almost cooked, add egg and keep stirring until egg is cooked well.
Add water, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and both soy sauces. Add noodles and keep stirring until noodles are soft. Then add bean sprouts and green onions and cook for 1 minute.
Garnish with peanuts and lime wedges.
