sweet black soy sauce
rice vinegar
garlic
ginger
-Hot chili sauce (srirachia)-
bean sprouts
Rice sticks
tofu
(other protein chicken shrimp)
Preparation
make sauce to taste
soak rice sticks in warm water for 30-45 min
fry chicken (if using) fry tofu add noodles and sauce
when mixed add egg after cooking for 10-15 sec mix with noodles.
