Ingredients

4 Chicken breasts

1 can Cream of Chile Poblano Soup

1/3 cup milk

1 4-oz. can mushrooms, drained

1/4 t. pepper

1/4 c. bread crumbs

1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

2 T. melted butter

Preparation

Combine soup, garlic powder, milk, pepper & mushrooms. Pour over chicken breasts. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter, then sprinkle over chicken and soup. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
