Ingredients
1kg liver
2 inch piece ginger root
8 garlic cloves
3 dry red chillies
3 tsp turmeric
3 tsp cumin seeds
3 tbsp vegatable oil
Preparation
- Put everything but the liver into a blender and make into a paste
- Remove membranes from liver and chop into pieces approx 1 inch square
- Marinade liver in spice paste for at least half and hour (hour is better)
- Cook for approx 3. minutes, so is cooked through but has not become hard
- Serve with indian bread
