Ingredients
1/2 head romaine cut up
1/2 head iceburg cut up
1/4 c thin sliced red onion
1/4 c cut up pitted black olives
1/4 c crumbled feta cheese
Toss all together
Preparation
Sherry wine vinegrette: 1/2c olive oil 1/2 c salad oil 1/4 c sherry or white wine 1 chopped shallot 1 tsp salt 1/4 t pepper Shake all and add 1 T fresh tarragon or 1 t dried and 1 T chives. serve immediately or store for 1 week.
