Ingredients

1 10-ounce package frozen spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed

1 tablespoon parsley

¼ teaspoon lemon juice

6 or more drops Tabasco

1 tablespoon minced onion

¼ teaspoon celery salt

½ cup bread crumbs

½ cup melted butter

½ cup Parmesan (plus some extra for topping - set aside)

1 pound shucked oysters

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    
    
  2. Mix together everything except the oysters and some extra Parmesan for topping. Place mixture on top of oysters, in individual oven-proof dishes or in a large casserole dish. Top with parmesan. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
