Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 c olive oil
2 T lemon juice
2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 t black pepper
1/4 t cayenne
1/2 t tarragon
1/2 t oregano
2 T minced parsley
2 t minced garlic
2 T finely chopped green onions
3/4 c grated Romano cheese
30 shucked oysters
Preparation
Melt butter in skillet. Add oil and heat lightly. Remove from heat and add all but oysters. Place well drained oysters in au gratin dishes or casserole to fairly thin depth. Spoon sauce over. Bake at 450 for about 15 mins until browned.
