Blue Point Oysters
Butter
Worchestershire Sauce
Caesar Salad croutons, crushed
Lemon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450. Split open oysters. Top generously with crushed caesar salad croutons, 1 pat of butter and a dash of worchestershire sauce. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, top with a bit more butter and a squeeze of lemon. Let sit covered 5 minutes.
