Ingredients
2 8 oz. cream cheese
2-3 cans smoked oysters
1-2 tsp worchestershire
2-3 tbsp mayonaise
1 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
1 tsp onion salt or finely minced onion.
Preparation
Cream mayonaise into cheese and add spices. Spread on a greased wax paper sheet (use vegetable oil). Make a 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Cool two hours in the fridge. Mash oysters with a fork. Spread over cheese keeping 1/4 inch away from the edge. Roll and serve with crackers.
NOTE: Rolling the cold cream cheese can be tricky. It sometimes begins to crack. If this happens, warm it up a bit and proceed.
