Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sliced Oyster mushrooms
1 tablespoon rendered duck fat
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
kosher salt
freshly cracked pepper
Preparation
Place a skillet or fry pan over medium-high heat. Add the duck fat and let cook until melted and glistening.
Add the mushrooms and toss for about 3-4 minutes until they have absorbed the duck fat.
Add the garam masala, salt and pepper. Continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Remove from heat and serve.
Serves 2-4 as a side.
