Ingredients

2/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup soya

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

4-5 pound salmon filet

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together Place fileted salmon into mixture. Marinate 2 hours+. Longer is better Heat barbecue to hot Place salmon on rack like toaster. Place skin side down first, cook 5/10 min. Flip, cook until slightly undercooked in centre.
