Ingredients

Medium cabbage, shredded

green pepper, chopped small

Medium onion, chopped small

2 carrots, shredded

1/2 c. sugar

Dressing:

1 c vinegar

1/2 c canola oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp celery seed

1/2 tsp mustard seed

1/8 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Put all veggies in bowl and sprinkle with sugar- set aside.

In saucepan - Mix all dressing ingredients and bring to boil. Pour hot over the cabbage mixture and stir together. Leave overnight for best flavor.

Keeps well in fridge for up to a week.
