Ingredients

8 sm. Yukon Gold Potatoes

1/2c extra virgin olive oil

1/2c rosemary leaves removed from stems and roughly chopped

4 cloves minced garlic

1TBS. salt

1tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place all ingredients in bowl and toss
  3. bake 15-20min until crisp on outside and creamy on the inside. (May need to broil a few minutes prior to serving)
