Ingredients

You will need:

4 sweet red peppers (sliced)

1 long hot green pepper (sliced with seeds)

1 yellow onion (sliced)

5 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped)

1 tablespoon capers plus 1 tablespoon caper juice

½ tsp. red pepper flakes

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tsp. dried oregano

4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven 350 degrees:

In a baking pan place all of the above ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes.
