Ingredients

2 pounds green beans, trimmed

4 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425º.
  2. Place a jelly roll pan in oven for 10 minutes. Place beans in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Arrange green beans mixture in a single layer on pre-heated baking sheet. Bake at 425º for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
