Ingredients

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon black or regular mustard seeds

1 jalapeno finely diced or 1 TBSP hot sauce

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

combine together the oil, mustard seeds, pepper or hot sauce, ginger, and turmeric in a small bowl.

Place cauliflower in a baking dish and toss with the flavored oil and season with salt. Roast until golden brown and just tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
