Ingredients

1/2 c flour

1/2 c milk

2 beaten eggs

1/2 stick butter

1 fresh lemon, cut in wedges

Preparation

Preheat the oven. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish in the oven.

Mix flour and milk with fork, add eggs. Swirl melted butter to cover bottom of pan. Pour batter into center of pan.

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

Butter and squeeze fresh lemon wedge over pancake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cut into quarters and serve with additional lemon wedges.
