Ingredients

2 tbl paprika

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

6 russet potatoes

6 tbl malt vinegar

Preparation

In large bowl, mix together spices. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2 inch wedges. Add the potatoes to the spices, tossing to coat well. Arrange the potatoes in single layer on 2 large baking sheets cooked with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes. Turn the potatoes and return to the oven, reversing the position on the baking sheet to ensure even baking. Bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. To serve, transfer to platter, sprinkle with malt vinager.
