Ingredients
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn meal
1/3 cup grated parmesean
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
1/2 cup milk (with teaspoon of vinegar)
Preparation
Mix ingredients in bag. Dip chick in milk/vinegar (or buttermilk) mixture and place in bag.
Coat chicken in breading
Bake 375 for 40-50 minutes
