PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F, COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS & MILK & LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES, STIR IN EGG, CHEESE, ONION, BASIL, SALT, GARLIC & PEPPER, ADD MEAT & MIX WELL, SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 24 MEATBALLS, PLACE IN SHALLOW BAKING PAN, BAKE UNCOVERED 20-25 MINUTES, DRAIN OFF FAT & SERVE W/ MARINARA SAUCE
