Ingredients

4 sticks butter

1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate chips

6 ozs unsweetened chocolate, chopped

6 eggs

3 TBS instant coffee granules

2 TBS vanilla

2-1/4 C sugar

1 C + 1/4 C flour

1 TBS baking powder

1 tsp salt

4 C chopped Oreos (50 cookies)

Preparation

Arrange a rack in the middle of oven and preheat to 350. Butter and flour an 11-1/2" x 17-1/4" x 1" baking pan. In a heatproof med bowl set over a saucepan of simmer water, heat butter, choc chips and unswt choc until melted and smooth. Allow to cool slightly. In a lg bowl, whisk eggs, coffee, vailla and sugar. Blend choc mixture into egg mixture, cool to room temp. In a med bowl, sift together 1 cup flour, baking powder and saly. Add flour mixture to choc mix. Im a small bowl, stir Oreos amd remaining 1/4 c flour. Add oreo mix to choc mix. Pour batter into baking pan and smooth top with a rubber spatula. Bake 35 min or until toothpick inserted is clean, sdo not overbake. Allow to cool. Refrigerate, tightly wrapped, until cold. cut into squares.
