Ingredients
10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 loaf italian style bread, cut and cubed (can use any type of bread instead)
1/4 cup crumbled bacon
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled breakfast sausage
1/2 diced red peppers
1/2 cup diced asparagus
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, diced to bite size
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large 13 X 9 inch baking pan (glass works best) or a casserole dish, grease sides and bottom of pan. Add cubed bread and all other ingredients except eggs and milk. Combine eggs and mik in a medium bowl, and beat until mixed. Pour egg mixture over all the pan ingredients and toss until well coated. If preparing the night before, place in refridgerator overnight. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place pan in oven, bake for 30 -40 minutes, depending on pan depth. Serve.
