Ingredients

Botn:

11/2 pack of Graham Crackers

75 grams of Sugar= 1/2 cup

75 grams of butter/ 6tablespoons

Fylling:

11/2 pound Cream Cheese 250 gramms

1 Cup Cream

2 Eggs and one Red

11/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

120 grams of Sugar =2/3 cups

Top:

1 cup Sour Cream

11/2 teaspoon of Sugar

Preparation

The Graham Crackers are broken into small pieces- sugar and butter added-separately this is formed into a pan, -375 degrees for 10-15min.

Filling: beat well together, jöfn og fín. Hellt yfir bakaðan botninn og sett í ofninn við sama hitastig og bakað i cirka 20min Látið Kólna og skreytt með sýrðum rjóma.
