Ingredients
2-16 oz cans of Fat Free Chicken Broth, or make your own
1 8-oz pkg. Orzo Your brand choice, but I prefer Ronzoni
2 tbls. olive oil
1 small bunch of leeks, or
1 small bunch of celery, or
1 small bunch of kale
Salt to taste
Preparation
Heat broth in saucepan while boiling Orzo in salted water. Once boiled and no longer hard, add to broth. While water is boiling, pasta is cooking and broth is heating, saute green of your choice in 2 tbls. olive oil. Drain and add to broth. Combine. Heat to taste. Serve with Italian bread or crackers.
