Ingredients

1/2# orzo

1T evoo

2T unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic minced

1/4t red pepper flakes

1/2 C Kalamata olives quartered

Preparation

Cook orzo, and drain. Heat butter and oil, then saute garlic and pepper flakes for 2 min, add olives. Toss with pasta and salt and pepper to taste.
