Ingredients
3/4 cup orzo
3/4 cup chopped tomatoe
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Combine 5 cups of water and 1/4 tsp salt in large saucepan, cover and bring to a oil. Add orzo and cook 11 mins or until tender, then drain. While water for pasta comes to a boil, combine 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes, olive oil, and black pepper. Add orzo to tomato and toss gently to coat.
