Ingredients

8oz orzo

5oz baby spinach

4oz crumbled feta

1/2c dried cranberries or cherries

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

1/3c olive oil

Fresh ground black pepper

1/2c sweet and spicy pecans

Preparation

Cook orzo according to package directions. Mix zest and juice with olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over all other ingredients except pecans (add pecans when serving).
