Ingredients
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt into small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. remove to wire racks to cool completely.
