Ingredients
1 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 packages Ramen noodles
1 bunch green onions
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Mandarin oranges (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons salt
3/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the noodles. Can be made ahead of time. At serving time, break up the 2 packages of Ramen noodles and sprinkle into the salad, discarding the noodle seasoning packet.
