Ingredients
1 pound spaghetti
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. sesame oil
6 tbsp. honey
5 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Preparation
Cook spaghetti al dente. In saucepan stir red pepper in oils over medium heat 2 minutes. Add honey and8-10 soy sauce. Mix well and add cooked spaghetti. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, add cilantro, peanuts and green onion. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
