Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, shredded

1 small jar marinated artichokes, drained

1 tomato, chopped

1 tbsp pickled ginger

1/8 c to 1/4 c sesame oil

1 small onion, chopped

1 pckg fried oriental noodles

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients except for tomatoes and noodles, adding sesame oil to taste and consistency and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and fried noodles just prior to serving.
