Ingredients
1 bag shredded cabbage with carrots
1 bunch green onions,chopped
Mix the above in a large bowl.
1 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted
1 cup slivered almonds
1 pkg. Oriental Ramen noodles, crushed
Toast the above on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 min.
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup sugar (I use Splenda)
Mix the above with the seasoning pkg. from the noodles. Pour over the cabbage mixture; chill. Add the toasted items just before serving.
