Ingredients

1 bag of shredded cabbage

1 bell pepper, any color(chopped)

1 package Ramen noodles(uncooked and crushed)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sliced almonds

4 green onions(chopped)

Sauce:

3 tbs. rice wine vinegar

1 tsp. Accent

1 tsp sugar

salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cup olive oil

Preparation

Toast the noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pour sauce over mixture. Toss well. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Enjoy!
