Ingredients

2 cup cooked brown rice

bunch spring onions, sliced

1 green pepper, diced

4 stalks celery and tops, sliced

2 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 8 oz.can water chestnuts

16 oz can bean sprouts

1 tlb. sesame oil

1 cup liuid from bean sprouts

1 tlb. flour

tamari soy sauce

Preparation

Saute onion in oil for 2 minutes. Add celery and green pepper and cook 2 min. more.Add mushrooms,water chestnuts, sprouts and liquid and heat through. Sprinkle flour over mixture to disolve. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and heat for 1 minute.Serve over brown rice. Add more soy if desired.
