Ingredients
1 20 oz package Oreo brand cookies
1 8 oz package cream cheese, light or regular, softened
1 20 oz package vanilla almond bark
Preparation
Crush the cookies fine with grinder or food processor. Add cream cheese and mix well. Roll into 1" balls and set on cookies sheet. Place in refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Melt the almond bark in microwave safe bowl 30 seconds at a time until melted and smooth. Dip the chilled oreo balls into almond bark and place again on cookies sheet to chill until firm. I usually sprinkle them with sugar crystals at this point also. Holiday color for Christmas and pink, yellow
