Ingredients
25 Oreos
1/4 plus 1 tbsp margarine
1/2 gal your favorite ice cream
3 sqs semisweet chocolate
1/4 c sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
- Crush Oreos in ziplock bag
- Add1/4 tbsp margarine; mush together in bag
- Form pie crust forking Oreo mixture into lightly oiled glass pie dish
- Freeze crust for one hour
- Fill pie crust with ice cream
- Slowly warm chocolate, sugar, 1/4 cup margarine and milk in sauce pan until thick. Let cool
- Spread over pie and return to freezer for two hours
