Ingredients

25 Oreos

1/4 plus 1 tbsp margarine

1/2 gal your favorite ice cream

3 sqs semisweet chocolate

1/4 c sugar

1 small can evaporated milk

Preparation

  1. Crush Oreos in ziplock bag
  2. Add1/4 tbsp margarine; mush together in bag
  3. Form pie crust forking Oreo mixture into lightly oiled glass pie dish
  4. Freeze crust for one hour
  5. Fill pie crust with ice cream
  6. Slowly warm chocolate, sugar, 1/4 cup margarine and milk in sauce pan until thick. Let cool
  7. Spread over pie and return to freezer for two hours
