Ingredients
14oz. Butter
1lb. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip
6 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate, Chopped
6 Eggs
2 T. Instant Espresso
2 T. Vanilla
2 C. Sugar
1 C. & 1/4 C. Flour
1 T. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 C. Chopped Oreo Cookies(Can add 1 Extra Cup if Desired)
Preparation
1- Butter and Flour 11-1/2"x17 1/4"x1" Baking Pan. Preheat oven to 350F. 2- Place Chocolate Chips, Butter, and Unsweetened Chocolate in microwave for 1 min., take it & stir to completely melted. Put back in microwave until completely melted. Cool slightly. 3- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, espresso, sugar, and Vanilla. Blend Chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Allow to cool to room temperature. 4- In a bowl, sift together 1c. flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture. In a small bowl, stir oreo and remaining 1/4c. flour. Add oreo mixture to chocolate mixture. Pour batter into baking pan & smooth top with a wooden spoon. Bake 35 min. or until tooth pick inserted comes clean. Do not over bake. Cool and cut into squares.
