Ingredients
5 oranges
1 glass of red wine
2 cloves
1 stick of cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
optional: vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
Preparation
Peel 4 of the oranges and cut into thin round slices
Squeeze half an orange - set aside
Place the peel from half an orange, the cloves, the cinnamon stick, juice from half the orange and the sugar in a pan and heat slowly
Remove the orange peel, cloves and cinnamon stick from the liquid and add the wine - continue heating for a few minutes
Place the orange slices in a serving dish and pour the liquid over the oranges - refrigerate before serving
